Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 medical assistance to students as directed by school personnel
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Support students with medical care, daily routines, and social integration
• Assist with transitions, participation, and personal care as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address students behavioral and social needs
• Help ensure a positive and supportive school experience for every student

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nursing (RN) license required
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Recent TB test (as required by the district)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current (or willingness to obtain) background clearances prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavior management
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care experience beneficial (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative personality
