• Deliver one-on-one or small group student support for academics, behavior, and social skills, guided by teachers
• Assist with student routines, transitions, and participation in classroom activities
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care as needed
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom community

Ideal qualifications include:

• Active Alabama LPN license

• At least 18 years old

• Compliance with district-required TB testing

• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with student lifting if needed

• Current clearances or ability to obtain them before starting
  Preferred backgrounds:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare

• Familiarity working with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges

• Certification or experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT
