Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized medical, behavioral, and social support for students during school hours
• Provide direct 1:1 assistance as directed by teachers and staff, adapting to a variety of student needs
• Help with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation for supported students
• Assist students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test as per school requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current (or willingness to obtain) required clearances for school employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare setting
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience is a plus
