Job Description

A Behavioral Analyst opportunity is available to support K-12 students with Autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a school setting near the Ozark National Forest in Arkansas. This contract position involves providing essential ABA services to a caseload of approximately 6-10 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy tailored to the educational and developmental needs of students with Autism.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection related to student progress.
  • Support a caseload averaging around 10 hours per week, with specific schedules to be determined.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
  • Experience working with K-12 students diagnosed with Autism and implementing ABA therapy.
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of a rural school district.

Location:

  • The assignment is based in Oxford, Arkansas, in a remote district northeast of the Ozark National Forest.
