Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services supporting students with Autism in a K-12 educational setting near the Ozark National Forest. The assignment requires delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a caseload of approximately 6 to 10 students, assisting them in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telehealth ABA therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with education staff and caregivers to promote effective strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and data collection related to therapy progress.
  • Participate in ongoing case reviews and adjust interventions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an educational or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to manage an estimated 10 hours per week based on student caseload.

Location: Telehealth services supporting a school district near the Ozark National Forest, Arkansas.
