Job Description
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a telehealth contract position supporting K-12 students requiring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This assignment serves a school district near a remote area northeast of the Ozark National Forest in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing ABA therapy for 6-10 students with autism within the K-12 population
- Managing caseload with an expected service time of approximately 10 hours per week
- Collaborating virtually with educational and clinical staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Utilizing data-driven methods to monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required for lead roles
- Experience in ABA therapy for children with autism in school settings
- Flexibility in providing telehealth services
- ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with relevant experience are also considered for support roles
