Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to students with autism in a K-12 setting. This assignment is located near Mountain Home, Arkansas, close to the Ozark National Forest.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy to a caseload of approximately 6-10 students with autism.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
- Provide supervision and guidance to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with K-12 students with autism in school settings.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with an expectation of around 10 hours per week.
- Strong skills in ABA therapy and behavior intervention.
- Willingness to provide telehealth services.

- This district has been seeking ABA support for several years and welcomes applications from BCBA professionals as well as ABA therapists and RBTs.
- This position is contract-based with hours to be determined.
