Job Description
This opportunity involves delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to a caseload of 6-10 K-12 students with autism in a school setting near a rural area northeast of the Ozark National Forest in Melbourne, AR. The role supports a district seeking consistent ABA services after several years of need.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing BCBA-level supervision and coordinating ABA therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Implementing behavior intervention plans and conducting assessments
- Supporting and collaborating with ABA therapists and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Managing approximately 10 hours per week, with hours determined by student caseload demands
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required for the lead role
