Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Calico Rock, AR

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with Autism through telehealth services in a school setting near the Ozark National Forest area in Calico Rock, AR. This contract position involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for a caseload of 6 to 10 K-12 students, each requiring individualized ABA interventions.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering ABA therapy remotely to students diagnosed with Autism.
• Collaborating with the educational team to develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and data collection in compliance with therapy standards.
• Providing support and guidance to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as part of the clinical team.

Desired qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum in educational or clinical settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10 hours weekly.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery models.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
