Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
- Strong familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and data-driven interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to train and coach staff and families
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized interventions to support students behavioral and academic success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based strategies
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families to address behavioral challenges and promote positive change
- Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and make adjustments to interventions as needed
- Deliver staff training on ABA strategies, student management, and program fidelity
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and professional standards
