Position: Paraprofessional 
Pay: $28-$30/hr
Location: Oakland, CA area schools
Type: Substitute 

Are you a Paraprofessional looking to pick up extra hours? Join our team as a Paraprofessional! This flexible, as-needed position is perfect for professionals looking to make a difference in the lives of students.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree (or 60 credit hours of college level courses)
  • Previous experience working with students in a school setting 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist student within all settings of the day including classroom, specialists, lunch - implement instructional strategies provided by the classroom teacher

  • Help with transitions between class and before and after school

  • Monitor student during transition times

  • Support students IEP accommodations and services

  • Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and cooperative environment for all students.
