This flexible, as-needed role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about behavior support and enjoy working in dynamic environments with students of varying needs. As an on-call RBT, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to support students with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges in school settings. Assignments may vary in length and location within the district.
