Pay Range: 32-36$

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a per diem basis to support our students with behavioral needs in a variety of school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students with behavioral challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior. intervention plans (BIPs) based on data and assessment results.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior interventions.
• Support students in the development of appropriate social, academic, and emotional skills.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting (school experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development.
